  • Client session notes and communications are retained for 7 years for continuity of care and legal compliance

  • Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by NZ tax law

  • Website analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's policy

5. Third-Party Services

I use the following third-party services that may access your information:

Scheduling and Payment Processing: Acuity Scheduling - manages session bookings and processes payments securely. I do not store your full credit card details.

Website Hosting: Squarespace - hosts my website and may collect standard web analytics.

Email Communications: Google Workspace (Gmail) - used for all email communication including scheduling, session coordination, and general correspondence.

Video Sessions: Zoom - used for virtual coaching sessions. Session recordings are not made without your explicit consent.

Messaging: WhatsApp - may be used for asynchronous messaging with companionship clients. Messages are encrypted end-to-end by WhatsApp.

Analytics: Squarespace Analytics (built-in) - tracks basic website usage to help me improve the site. You can manage tracking preferences through your browser settings.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

My website uses cookies to:

  • Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
