My Health Journey
My whole life I have knowingly and unknowingly navigated mystery illnesses. The mystery has been somewhat lifted now with a diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos and MCAS.
I have also come to understand myself as “neurospicy”, with a cocktail of dyslexia, dyscalculia, anxiety, cPTSD, and cusp ADHD and autism, which of course bring their own middle ground challenges.
What I have found with the help of my own therapist is that when I honour my own rhythm, tend to my health, and let my life take a shape that genuinely fits me, I feel more myself. Learning to hear my own voice, and to carve my own path, has mattered more than almost anything.
This is terrain I love to accompany others through. I know something of how it feels, and I know how this gentle, sensing, regulating way of coaching can help a person hear their own wise voice, and find their own empowered way.
If this resonates, I would love to hear from you.
